Comments:

I'm 64 and have been riding a bike for years to stay in shape, and when I saw this bike I knew that it was built for me. The upright riding position and pedals forward allow riding comfort and control which is great for cruising the light paved trails in the parks, and on the streets through the neighborhood, or running errands to the store. As long as it's used for what it is, and not try to use it as a road bike, there is little not to like about it.

My husband & I (51 & 47 years old) both got a Trek Pure bike. We had done a lot of research as he has had a hip replacement and I have a bad back. We wanted to ride together for the enjoyment and to get back into shape. This was the best decision we have ever made for ourselves and our bodies!! Even in the first week of not having been on a bike for years we did an 11 mile bike trail with no problem. I have never felt as comfortable and safe on a bike then on my Trek Pure. Only regret.. wish we would have bought them sooner! Worth every penny!!

Finally a bike that makes me want to ride. After buying and trying several bikes, the Pure is I've been searching for. No more sore amrs, back and shoulders. I can ride the Pure for hours and feel great when the ride is over. You really need to try it for yourself to see the difference. I usually don't write reviews, but had to on this one. Highly recommended.

I use it to go to and from the gym, normally a 10 mile ride back and forth. The sitting position is great for my back and light weight to mount on the rack and take it on a trip. The looks are great; front suspension will Help but I really do not miss it.

              Comments:

I adore this bicycle. I have a bad shoulder and can't put any weight on it when I ride, so until the Sole and Pure came along, I was a non-rider! Now I average 8-15 miles a day in good weather, just riding around town on errands. The guys at Golden Bear are the best, and this bike is fabulous!
